This is my favorite meat eater’s quote: “I love animals!”

Really? Then why do you eat them? The purpose of animals is not to be consumed. If so then why are there millions of edible plants.

The other thing people say allot is “But this tastes so good!”

What if a human tasted better than that hamburger? From you “taste good then eat” standpoint, you would happily eat human meat.

These are the type of responces I get from people my age and older. It just confuses me.

EDIT: Yes, this does apply to those who have access to both types of foods. But in the cases of people in different countries that have no choice, of course they have to eat meat to live.

I am talking about conversations that I have with other American friends that have both choices but choose to eat meat because of taste.
